Qualification, sample and approval
- Define the program: fruit variety, weight or count, channel, season and destination market.
- Review the complete system: pack, insert, master carton, ventilation, label and packing-line compatibility.
- Evaluate a sample: check presentation, closure, stacking and protection with the intended fruit and carton.
- Approve the reference: record dimensions, material, packing and inspection criteria before ordering.
For the commercial proposal: provide seasonal or order volume, pallet configuration, destination, required date and Incoterm. Mould or customization requirements are reviewed after the reference is validated.
