EVA 5256 and EVA 5313 hot-melt
Two EVA adhesives for fruit boxes, corrugated cartons and packaging applications requiring supply stability, technical documentation and storage control.
Recommended use
The current hot-melt line is organized around two products. EVA 5256 is designed for fruit boxes, large corrugated cartons and higher-demand bonding applications. EVA 5313 is designed for fast bonding of standard corrugated cartons.

For qualification, Kingsone can prepare TDS, MSDS, product specifications and storage recommendations. Additional documents are reviewed by product, order and destination market.
Selection, sample and approval
- Define the application: board type, line speed, equipment, current temperature and process conditions.
- Compare 5256 and 5313: review the technical sheet against the substrate, open time and bonding demand.
- Validate a sample: trial the adhesive on the buyer's equipment and materials before confirming recurring consumption.
- Approve the product: record code, use parameters, packing, TDS/MSDS and storage conditions.
For the commercial proposal: provide monthly consumption, initial quantity, destination, required date, Incoterm and required documents. Final selection should be based on the application trial and current product documentation.
